Job Summary

Rama University is looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and maintenance activities across the university campus and ensure a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
Ensure cleanliness of classrooms, offices, faculty rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Manage housekeeping materials, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
Handle cleanliness-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.




Maintain daily housekeeping reports and staff duty records.
Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management.
Experience in handling housekeeping staff and managing large premises.
Valuable knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping materials.
Robust team management, communication, and coordination skills.
Experience in a university, hospital, hotel, or institutional setup will be preferred.

Job Location: Rama University, Mandhana, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
