Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director – Sales (BFSI) to drive business growth, enterprise sales, and strategic account management across the BFSI sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BFSI technology sales, recent business development, strategic account management, and closing large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for BFSI accounts.
Drive new customer acquisition and generate business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other key decision-makers.
Drive enterprise sales for IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Data Center, and Managed IT Services.
Manage strategic accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling prospects.
Own revenue targets, sales pipeline, forecasting, and business growth.
Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, presentations, and contract closures.




Manage large-scale enterprise deals and complex sales cycles.
Collaborate with OEMs, technology partners, and pre-sales teams.
Identify market prospects, competitor activities, and business expansion opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
Mandatory experience in selling IT solutions to BFSI clients.
Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Data Center, and Managed Services.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Established relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and financial institutions.
Experience handling large enterprise accounts and consultative sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
MBA in Sales & Marketing / Business Development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
