Job Summary

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and personal care products, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal care needs.
Recommend suitable beauty products based on customer preferences, skin type, and requirements.
Demonstrate makeup techniques and explain product features, benefits, and usage.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store hygiene.
Monitor stock availability, product expiry dates, and replenishment requirements.
Stay updated on recent product launches, beauty trends, and brand promotions.
Support billing, inventory management, and daily store operations as required.
Maintain a professional appearance and follow company grooming standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:



Plus Two or Graduation preferred.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Interest in makeup, skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented attitude with the ability to achieve targets.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Rotational shifts:
