Education - Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Strategy & operations:

· To lead overall mechanical, electrical & utility maintenance across all designated facilities

· Develop & implement PM programs

· Track & minimize breakdown frequencies, MTTR & MTBF

· Conduct RCA for technical failures
Installation & Commissioning:

· Assist in the installation & testing of recent plant machinery
Cost Management:

· Control expenses related to spare parts, inventory, contractor rates & emergency repairs.

· Energy saving for water & power
Vendor & AMC management:

· Source, evaluate & manage third – party contractors & technical service providers.

· Negotiate & oversee AMC to ensure service quality & compliance.
Safety & Compliance:

· To ensure strict adherence to local fire, electrical & environmental safety regulations

· To conduct routine safety audits & maintain compliance documentation
Team Leadership:

· Hire, train, supervise maintenance supervisors, engineers & technicians.

· Plan work schedule, shift rotations & delegation of daily tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
