Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, purchased components, and parts as per approved drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
Perform hands-on inspection using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Multimeters, Micro Ohm Meters, Electrical Test Panels, and other measuring instruments.
Inspect electrical components, sheet metal parts, die-casting components, glass, and packaging materials.
Maintain IQC inspection reports, Excel records, and material inspection history.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and prepare rejection reports / Non-Conformance (NC) Reports.
Communicate supplier quality issues to the Quality In-charge and Purchase Department.
Ensure material traceability and compliance with approved quality requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies
Valuable knowledge of IQC procedures, inspection methods, AQL, and quality standards.




Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret dimensional tolerances.
Practical knowledge of measuring instruments and electrical testing procedures.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.
Strong observation, attention to detail, and defect identification skills.
Valuable problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Understanding of supplier quality issues, material traceability, and rejection handling.
Strong learning ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn recent inspection methods and technical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
