Handle recent motor insurance policies for new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
Track and follow up on upcoming or expired policy renewals to retain customers.
Explain coverage plans, terms, premiums, and add-on benefits (such as zero depreciation, engine protection, or roadside assistance) to clients.
Assist customers during accident or breakdown claims by initiating paperwork and coordinating with surveyors.
Coordinate with the workshop and service advisors to verify repair estimates and track survey approvals.
Follow up on pending claim approvals and settlement payments from insurance providers.
Maintain accurate records of customer policies, claims status, and KYC documents.
Prepare daily and monthly Management Information System (MIS)



reports on insurance sales, renewals, and claims.
Ensure full compliance with company standards and IRDAI/regulatory motor insurance guidelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in motor insurance, general insurance, or an automobile dealership service/sales setting (freshers may apply for junior roles).
