Job Responsibilities
Collect EMI payments from customers on time.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
Conduct field visits for payment collection.
Maintain valuable customer relationships.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Maintain daily collection reports.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of collection experience is mandatory.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Knowledge of field collection activities.
