Role: Lead Architect – Real Estate

Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design and planning for real estate projects.
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design plans.
Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and approval requirements.
Supervise the preparation of drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and design implementation.
Ensure project designs meet quality, safety, and functionality standards.
Manage project timelines, design budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Resolve design-related issues during project execution.




Review material specifications and suggest cost-effective design solutions.
Ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
Strong experience in real estate and building design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Robust knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
Excellent design, planning, and project management skills.
Leadership and team coordination abilities.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
