Job Role: HR Recruiter

Location: Tambaram, Mogappair, Thuraipakkam, Ekkatuthangal

Working Time: 10 AM to 7 PM (Day Shift)

Education Qualification: MBA

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels to obtain timely feedback.
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and negotiations as per company guidelines.




Ensure completion of joining formalities and required documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tracking.
Positive follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
