Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our Accounts & Finance Department in daily accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling vendor accounts, assisting with GST and TDS documentation, and supporting day-to-day financial activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
Prepare and verify purchase bills, sales invoices and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in Tally / ERP software.
Assist in GST data preparation and return filing.
Support TDS calculations, deductions and documentation.
Maintain records of payments, receipts and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with Purchase,



Sales and other departments regarding bills and payments.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP Accounting Software.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in an Accounts Department.
Freshers with positive accounting knowledge may also apply.
Experience in manufacturing or automobile industries will be preferred.
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
