JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Store Assistant to handle daily store activities, including material receipt, storage, stock maintenance, and material issue to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and components.
Check materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Maintain stock registers and update inventory records.
Issue materials to Production and other departments as per requirements.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Incharge.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.
Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures in the store.




Prepare material inward and outward records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
Support inventory control and prevent material loss or damage.

Educational Qualification
Any degree.

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience and skills.
Other advantages as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners with store experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
