Key Responsibilities
Handle backend customer support activities for US-based clients.
Process customer requests, applications, forms, and documentation accurately.
Update and maintain customer information in internal systems and databases.
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or other non-voice channels, as required.
Verify information and ensure data accuracy before processing.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending cases and operational issues.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
