About the Role
Pleiad Engineering Solutions is looking for a motivated Diploma Chemical Engineering Intern to gain practical industrial exposure in Projects, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems and process equipment.
The intern will work with experienced engineers and gain hands-on exposure to engineering, manufacturing and project activities related to industrial process equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Engineered team with basic calculations and technical documentation.
Understand and interpret PFDs, P&IDs; and process flow systems.
Gain practical exposure to Evaporators, ATFD, Heat Exchangers, Strippers, Tanks and other process equipment.
Understand the fundamentals and operation of ZLD systems and wastewater treatment processes.
Coordinate with Process, Design, Production, QA/QC and Project teams.
Visit the manufacturing facility and project sites to understand fabrication, installation and commissioning activities.
Follow company procedures and maintain required industrial safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma in Chemical Engineering – pursuing or recently completed.
Basic knowledge of Chemical Engineering fundamentals.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to travel to factory/project sites as required.
