Urgent Hiring For Real Estate Sales Executive

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a fast-growing Real Estate Developer Company. Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through site visits, calls etc.

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.

Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and closing terms.

Follow up with leads promptly and consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing to optimize lead quality and refine messaging.

Partner with account managers or field sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.

Provide feedback to product or leadership teams regarding customer needs and market trends.

Process & Data Management

Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage lead flow and maintain data accuracy.

Adhere to sales processes, scripts, and best practices to improve efficiency.

Continuously refine sales approaches based on analytics and customer feedback.





Qualifications Required

Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.

Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks in a rapid-paced setting.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Experience in the company’s specific industry (customizable).

Comfort with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
