We are hiring an energetic HR Executive to manage dealership operations at Bharath TVS. You will handle recruitment, daily attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard candidates for sales, service, and office teams.
Attendance & Leaves: Monitor daily biometric attendance, leaves, and absenteeism.
Payroll Processing: Compile monthly salary inputs, overtime, and incentives on time.
Employee Engagement: Plan team activities, monthly celebrations, and handle employee grievances.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / BBA / MBA in HR.
1+ years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (Automobile/Retail preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and attendance tools.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
