The Fisherman's Wharf is looking for a qualified and experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee and support engineering and maintenance operations across all its restaurant units.
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, and the ability to manage maintenance activities while ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations across all Fisherman's Wharf units.
Oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Ensure all equipment, utilities and facilities are maintained in proper working condition.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Monitor maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment servicing.
Travel across all Fisherman's Wharf units as required to provide engineering support.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer savvy, with working knowledge of MS Office.
Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage maintenance activities independently.
Willingness to travel across all Fisherman's Wharf units.
