Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning, design, and execution of civil projects.
Supervise site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth workflow.
Conduct structural analysis, risk assessment, and resolve technical challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and oversee documentation/reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
Robust expertise in construction management, structural design, and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and quality assurance practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
