HoyChoy Café is looking for a skilled and experienced Commis I Chef specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisine to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian and Chinese dishes while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
Handle food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations efficiently.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service.
Maintain kitchen equipment and follow standard recipes.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Commis I Chef or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Robust cooking skills and understanding of kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
Positive teamwork, discipline, and time management.
Immediate joining preferred.
Salary: ₹18,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
