BoneBuddy is a technology-enabled healthcare platform focused on providing home-based physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation services. We connect patients with qualified physiotherapists and enable doctors to monitor patient recovery through regular progress reports and video updates.

Job Responsibilities
Visit Orthopaedic Surgeons, Hospitals, Clinics and Physiotherapy Centres to promote BoneBuddy services.
Generate new business leads and develop strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Explain BoneBuddy's services, packages and advantages to doctors and hospital management.
Convert doctor referrals and potential business leads into paying customers.
Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals.
Identify recent business prospects and expand BoneBuddy's presence across Mumbai.
Follow up regularly with doctors, patients and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain daily sales reports, client databases and follow-up records.




Coordinate with the operations team for smooth patient onboarding.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to interact confidently with doctors and hospital management.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel across Mumbai.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
