Answer inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.
Explain slimming/weight-management packages and services.
Schedule and reschedule client appointments.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Maintain customer records and appointment details.
Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and clinic staff.
Collect feedback and resolve basic customer complaints.
Support the clinic in achieving enquiry-to-appointment targets.
Good communication skills
Customer-service and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant personality and qualified attitude.
Ability to follow up with customers and meet targets.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
