Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef for a private residence in Moradabad. The ideal candidate should have expertise in traditional North Indian cooking, along with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines, healthy meals, soups, salads, and other nutritious dishes.

The candidate should understand traditional Indian food preferences, especially authentic North Indian flavours, and be capable of preparing fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meals for the family every day.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals with a robust focus on traditional North Indian cuisine and authentic flavours.
Prepare a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines as per the family's preferences.
Prepare soups, fresh salads, healthy meals, and nutritious dishes.
Plan daily menus while maintaining variety, taste, and nutritional balance.
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other meals as required.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.




Manage kitchen inventory and inform the family about grocery and ingredient requirements.
Adapt recipes and menus according to the family's dietary preferences and requirements.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef in a private residence, luxury household, hotel, or similar establishment.
Strong expertise in traditional North Indian cuisine and flavours.
Knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking.
Skilled in preparing soups, salads, healthy meals, and nutritious food.
Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and balanced meal preparation.
Valuable understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and ingredient management.
Ability to understand and accommodate the family's food preferences.
Must be reliable, disciplined, and qualified.
Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
