Job Description – Admission Counselor Company: Fluency Nest Location: Sonipat, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office About Fluency Nest Fluency Nest is a German language institute offering language learning programs through online classes and offline training at its Sonipat location. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students, explain our courses, and assist them throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. - Counsel students about German language courses, levels, batches, fees, and learning prospects. - Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses. - Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. - Maintain student inquiry records, follow-up schedules, and admission data. - Coordinate with faculty and the operations team regarding batches and student onboarding. - Achieve admission and enrollment targets. - Provide a professional and positive experience to every prospective student. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



- Good convincing, counseling, and follow-up skills. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records. - Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, telecalling, or customer handling will be an advantage. - Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
