Spice Formulation & Production Expert Company: DOXA Foods Location: Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month Experience: 5–8 years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Spice Formulation & Production Expert to manage spice manufacturing, develop consistent masala formulations, and maintain product quality at our food manufacturing facility in Bahraich. Key Responsibilities - Develop and standardize formulations for different spices and masala products. - Manage spice grinding, blending, mixing, and production operations. - Maintain consistent taste, aroma, colour, and product quality. - Select and evaluate raw materials and control production costs. - Establish quality checks and maintain batch-wise production records. - Minimize wastage and improve production efficiency. - Supervise factory staff and ensure proper hygiene and food safety practices. - Maintain compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements.



Required Qualifications - 5–8 years of hands-on experience in spice or masala manufacturing. - Practical knowledge of spice formulation, blending, grinding, and quality control. - Experience in a similar spice manufacturing company preferred. - Candidates with experience at Goldiee, Rajesh Masala, or similar companies are encouraged to apply. - Solid understanding of raw materials, production planning, and quality consistency.
