Job Summary

Airoza Travels is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Holiday Consultant to design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have solid destination knowledge, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Responsibilities
Design and customize holiday packages based on client requirements.
Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other suppliers.
Follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Mentor and support junior team members when required.

Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in holiday package sales or travel consulting.
Robust knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related systems.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
