Ensure that all

production activities

are performed

according to approved

SOPs, work

instructions, quality procedures, design

controls, and

applicable regulatory

requirements.
Review patient-

specific requirements

received from dentists,

orthopaedic surgeons,

clinicians, hospitals,

laboratories, and

authorized healthcare

specialists.
Identify technical





limitations, missing

information,

anatomical

constraints,

manufacturing

constraints, and

potential risks before

approving the case for

design.
Convert approved

digital designs into

controlled

manufacturing

processes.
Determine appropriate

manufacturing routes,

and post-processing

requirements
Coordinate with the

clinical team

whenever clarification

or additional patient

information is

required.
Ensure that the final

product satisfies the

approved clinical

prescription,

anatomical

requirements,

dimensional accuracy,

fit, function, and

aesthetic

requirements, as

applicable.
Ensure complete
