HR Recruiter – Real Estate

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday

Sri Sangamam Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and hiring suitable candidates for various positions within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Handle candidate communication and maintain recruitment databases.




Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Real estate industry recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet recruitment targets.
Positive attitude and good coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Full time permanent position.
