Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Make beds, change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
Replenish toiletries and guest amenities.
Assist with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning activities.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely under supervision.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors.
Assist with laundry and linen management when required.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas.
Support senior housekeeping staff in preparing rooms for guest check-in.
Learn proper hotel housekeeping procedures and service standards.
Follow instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor/Executive Housekeeper.
