Job Summary

The Field Officer is responsible for promoting banking products, sourcing current customers, processing loan applications, conducting field verification, collecting loan repayments, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role involves regular field visits to ensure smooth banking operations and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for banking products.
Promote personal loans, business loans, agricultural loans, and other financial products.
Conduct customer field visits for address and business verification.
Collect and verify KYC documents.
Assist customers with opening savings and current accounts.
Follow up with customers regarding loan EMIs and overdue payments.
Support loan recovery and repayment collection as per bank policy.
Maintain daily records of customer visits and business activities.
Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with branch staff for loan processing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with banking rules, RBI guidelines,



and company policies.
Submit daily and monthly performance reports to management.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of banking and financial products is an advantage.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of banking and loans.
Field sales and marketing skills.
Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary

Indicative range; actual salary depends on employer, city and experience.
Fresher: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month.
Experienced: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month.
Incentives may be available based on performance.
