Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Relation Management role based in Hosur. The role involves managing day-to-day customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The person in this position will monitor customer satisfaction, support retention initiatives, and maintain accurate records of customer communication and feedback. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to address service concerns, following up on open cases, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.



The role also requires preparing basic reports on customer trends, supporting service quality initiatives, and representing the company’s values in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle queries and concerns efficiently.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction, focusing on long-term relationships and positive experiences.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in service or manufacturing environments.
Ability to work in office in Hosur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
