Material handling: Check plastic raw materials and drying conditions.
Quality inspection: Check dimensions, appearance, and product quality.
Troubleshooting: Identify machine, mold, and process problems.
Safety: Follow machine safety procedures and lockout procedures during maintenance or mold changes.

Skills required
Knowledge of injection molding machines and molds
Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo machines
Knowledge of plastics such as PP, ABS, PC, and nylon
Ability to read process sheets and use measuring instruments
Experience with mold changes, parameter setting, and defect correction
