Monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Read and execute work according to approved architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor concrete pouring, reinforcement work, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities.
Check material quality and ensure proper utilization of construction materials.
Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and work completion reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other departments.
Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, material reconciliation, and billing activities.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, approved drawings, and safety procedures.
Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned activities.
Maintain proper site documentation, inspection records, and quality checklists.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
