Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day civil/material testing activities at sites and laboratories.
Lead and guide civil engineers, technicians and testing teams.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and site engineers.
Plan manpower, testing schedules, equipment and site requirements.
Monitor concrete, cube, soil, aggregate, steel and NDT testing activities.
Ensure testing is carried out according to relevant IS codes, project specifications and NABL procedures.
Coordinate sample collection, transportation, testing and documentation.
Review test results, calculations, test records and reports.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of testing reports.
Monitor testing equipment,



calibration status and proper handling.
Maintain daily/weekly field reports and testing records.
Handle client queries and resolve site-level technical issues.
Support NABL audits, quality documentation and corrective actions.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at testing sites.
Monitor project progress and escalate delays or technical issues to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
