Job Description: Recruiter cum Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Recruiter cum Business Development Executive who can independently handle recruitment activities while also contributing to business development and client acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, client communication, lead generation, and developing recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely closure of assigned job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and generate potential client leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers.
Pitch recruitment and manpower staffing services to prospective clients.




Follow up with prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
Coordinate client meetings, discuss recruitment requirements, and assist in finalising commercial agreements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, business development, or a combination of both.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
Basic knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented approach with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in a recruitment consultancy or manpower staffing company will be preferred.
Should be comfortable handling both recruitment and business development responsibilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Work Location: Hybrid (Office + Work From Home)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
