Role Description This is a full time, on-site CDP Pastry role based in Bengaluru. The CDP Pastry is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods in line with the brand’s standards and recipes. Day-to-day tasks include mixing and baking doughs and batters, decorating and plating desserts, maintaining stock levels of ingredients, and ensuring consistent product quality. The role also involves adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines, coordinating with the kitchen team during service, and assisting in menu development and special dessert creations.



The CDP Pastry will support junior team members, help maintain equipment, and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a high-quality dessert experience for guests.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Bakery and Baking, with proven experience preparing a range of pastries and desserts.
Cooking skills to support overall kitchen operations and collaborate effectively with other sections.
Creativity skills to develop new dessert ideas, improve existing recipes, and enhance product presentation.
Commitment to high standards of Hygiene and food safety, including proper storage, handling, and workstation cleanliness.
Previous experience as CDP Pastry, Demi Chef, or similar pastry role in a professional kitchen or bakery.
Relevant culinary or bakery certification or diploma is preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
