Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar solutions, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain solar products and services to customers.
Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits and closures.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales,



or a similar role.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
Candidates with experience in solar, telecom, insurance, real estate, FMCG, or other sales industries are preferred.
