About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate employee payroll records.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory deductions, employee reimbursements, and payroll compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.
Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and reconciliation reports.
Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, tax deductions, and reimbursements.




Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Support internal and statutory audits related to payroll.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in payroll management.
Solid knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour law compliance.
Proficiency in Excel and payroll management software.
Experience handling end-to-end payroll for a sizeable employee workforce.
Solid analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have
Experience working in a rapid-growing startup or technology company.
Familiarity with payroll tools such as RazorpayX Payroll, Keka, GreytHR, or Darwinbox.
Knowledge of payroll audits and statutory filings.
