IT System Administrator

Location: Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Networking, Hardware, and IT Infrastructure Management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT hardware.
Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP protocols.
Handle hardware-related issues, including RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, peripherals, and system upgrades.
Manage Windows operating systems, user accounts, and Active Directory.
Monitor network performance and ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
Perform regular system maintenance, software installations, updates, and security patches.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
Manage IT asset inventory,



hardware allocation, and software licenses.
Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors for technical support.
Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and basic network security.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
Solid hands-on experience in Networking and Hardware Troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of routers, switches, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration.
Experience in desktop, laptop, server, and printer troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
