We are looking for a fluent Chinese and English-speaking candidate to join our growing logistics and freight brokerage business.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with Chinese clients, suppliers, freight partners, and our US-based operations team. She will help coordinate shipments, negotiate freight rates, and maintain smooth communication between China and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Chinese and English-speaking customers and business partners.
Coordinate shipments between China and the United States.
Communicate with truck drivers, carriers, warehouses, and freight partners.
Request, negotiate, and manage freight rates.
Assist with shipment tracking and logistics operations.
Handle emails, WeChat messages, and business calls.
Coordinate with the US operations team.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
Ability to handle international business communication.
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or freight brokerage will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent Chinese and English communication skills are also welcome to apply.
