Role Description The Account Executive will manage and grow customer accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving sales of Vaishnavi Paints products. This full-time, in office role is based in Bhubaneshwar and involves regular visits to customers, distributors, and project sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.



The role also includes tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, addressing customer queries, and ensuring post-sales support. The Account Executive will maintain accurate sales records, prepare periodic reports, and support local marketing or promotional activities as needed.

Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Positive organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
