Real Estate Sales Agent – Zirakpur

Location: SCO No. 110–111, Zirakpur–Patiala Road, Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Zirakpur market.
Solid CP (Channel Partner) network in Zirakpur is a must.
Valuable knowledge of local real estate projects, property pricing, and market trends.
Strong client-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to generate leads through CPs, manage client relationships, arrange site visits, and close deals.
Candidates with an established Zirakpur CP network and proven sales performance will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with CPs,



property dealers, and clients.
Generate qualified leads and drive property sales.
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Coordinate site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.
Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with CPs and clients.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced real estate sales skilled with strong local market connections and an established CP network in Zirakpur.
