· Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the BABICHA outlet.

· Supervise, guide, and motivate all team members.

· Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.

· Monitor the preparation and quality of ice creams, bubble teas, sandwiches, waffles, snacks, and other food items.

· Ensure recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

· Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.

· Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shifts, attendance, and leave.

· Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and outlet transactions.

· Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.

· Monitor wastage and control food and material costs.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and overall store presentation.

· Train recent employees and ensure staff follow company procedures.





· Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, staff requirements, and operational issues.

· Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and report breakdowns promptly.

· Drive sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

· Ensure the outlet operates smoothly and efficiently during peak hours.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
