Job Title: Car Sales Manager

Jolly Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Car Sales Manager with robust knowledge of the premium pre-owned automobile market (BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Lexus).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the car sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor team performance and conversion rates.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with purchase, finance, and operations teams.
Prepare sales reports and follow up on leads.

Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in automobile sales.
Experience in team management and sales target achievement.
Positive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of premium and luxury cars preferred.
Valid driving licence preferred.

Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (As per experience)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
