About the role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who loves turning ad spend into profitable growth for D2C ecommerce brands. You’ll own Meta campaigns end to end, work closely with the creative and strategy team, and be the voice clients trust for results and communication.

IMMEDIATE JOINING ONLY

What you’ll do
Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for D2C brands, and take responsibility for ROAS, CPA, and scale
Analyse performance daily and weekly, and decide what to scale, test, or kill
Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) for accurate tracking
Audit and improve websites and landing pages for conversion (CRO)
Shape creative strategy: brief the creative team on angles, hooks, and formats based on what the data shows
Be the point of contact for clients: reporting, updates, calls, and expectations
Coordinate with the creative and editing team so campaigns always have fresh, tested creatives
Maintain campaign structure, naming, testing logs, and reporting hygiene

Who you are
2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for D2C or ecommerce brands
Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets and scaling accounts profitably
Working knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, GA4,



and Shopify tracking
Understanding of CRO: what makes a product page or landing page convert
Robust communicator who can explain performance clearly to non-technical founders
Data-driven, but with a valuable sense for creative and messaging
Self-driven and reliable in a remote setup

Valuable to have: Shopify experience, experience with agency or multi-client accounts, familiarity with tools like GA, Lovable, shopify, microsoft clarity, DNS management

Work setup
Fully remote (work from home)
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (half day)
