Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to promote The Staffing Guild India’s brand, services, and events. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content calendars, developing platform-specific posts, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support recruitment campaigns, event promotions, and L&D; initiatives, while ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for multi-platform campaign management and audience growth.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure,



and align social media content with business goals and target audiences.

Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media efforts with broader online marketing, analytics, and lead-generation activities.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and community management.

Relevant experience managing brand pages on major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), including use of scheduling and analytics tools.

Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.

Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Experience in HR, staffing, recruitment marketing, or event promotion is an advantage.
