We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Freight Brokers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments between shippers and carriers, negotiating freight rates, tracking loads, and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with truck carriers to arrange transportation for available shipments.
Communicate with carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
Coordinate with shippers and carriers to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Handle carrier inquiries through calls and emails.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
Maintain accurate shipment details and update records.
Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
Resolve basic transportation and delivery-related issues.
