About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Trainees to join our team and help us promote and sell cybersecurity products and solutions to businesses and individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Promote and sell cybersecurity products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Compensation & Commission Structure

First 3 Months – Commission-Based Training Period
Starting commission: 15% on sales generated.
Commission can increase up to 30%, depending on sales performance and targets achieved.




Earnings will be directly linked to sales performance.

After Successful Completion of 3 Months
Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.
Final salary will depend on individual performance, sales achievements, and overall contribution during the initial 3 months.

Eligibility & Skills Required
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Interest in sales, marketing, IT, or cybersecurity.
Willingness to learn about cybersecurity products and solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
