Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages and other café menu items.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other coffee equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation of beverages.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and workstation.
Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups and other inventory.
Follow standard recipes, portion controls and preparation procedures.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth café operations.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene and company operational standards.
Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant workplace.




Knowledge of espresso-based beverages such as Cappuccino, Latte, Americano and Mocha.
Basic knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced café workplace.
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
