Key Responsibilities
Responsible for conceptualization, design solutioning and implementation of Order to delivery speed improvement initiatives.
Own the supply chain network performance framework / measurement system to systemically keep track of the existing base network.
Drive continuous improvement and operationalize business performance innovation.
Drive process excellence in operations for reliability, speed improvement and growth enablement, through identification and monitoring of projects to solve operational inefficiencies.
Drive on-ground implementation of initiatives and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Evaluate Network Change requests from internal and external stakeholders based on multiple factors like speed, cost and reliability.
Identify Network Improvement project plans to match current performance with the design performance.




Establish and enforce a systemized approach and Supply Chain Tools / Network Optimization capabilities for the NPG team.

Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate / Post-graduate from a Tier 1 institute.
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in network design, supply chain, or operations.
Design Thinking: Design thinker with the ability to recognize improvement prospects.
Measurement Systems: Experience developing and implementing measurement systems, processes and procedures for complex situations.
Innovation: Experience developing creative solutions to complex business challenges.
Project Management: Experience managing complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
Organizational Understanding: In-depth understanding of the structure and inter-dependencies of a complex and large organization.
