About the Role

Cook and Bake Academy is looking for a friendly, organised Admissions Counsellor / Telecaller to help prospective students explore our culinary and baking courses. You will handle enquiries, understand students’ learning goals, explain suitable course options, and guide them through the admission process.

Success in this role means responding promptly, following up consistently, providing accurate information, and helping interested students make informed enrolment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
Understand students’ interests, career goals, and learning needs to recommend suitable courses.
Clearly explain course content, duration, schedules, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Follow up with interested students and parents, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.
Schedule academy visits and counselling sessions, and coordinate with the relevant team.
Guide applicants through registration, documentation,



and fee-payment procedures.
Maintain accurate, updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in spreadsheets or a CRM.
Work towards agreed calling, follow-up, and enrolment targets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to stay informed about courses and upcoming batches.

Skills and Qualifications
Transparent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
A confident telephone manner, strong listening skills, and a helpful approach.
Good organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to build rapport, handle questions patiently, and manage multiple enquiries.
Previous experience in admissions counselling, telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Interest in cooking, baking, hospitality, or education is an advantage.
