Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application role based in Delhi, India. The role involves providing day-to-day application support for internal users and clients, including monitoring system performance, responding to support requests, and resolving application-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary, documenting recurring incidents, and coordinating with technical teams to implement fixes or enhancements. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders, assisting in user training,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance application reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and identify effective solutions.
Candidates should possess Application Support and Technical Support skills to manage user requests, maintain application stability, and collaborate with technical teams.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Relevant experience in application or IT support, preferably in security services or related industries.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management practices, and basic networking or system concepts is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
